Studded

Zara knit | H&M jeans
Christian Louboutin boots
Marc by Marc Jacobs bracelet | Glitter necklace

I know I know. I showed this knit with black skinnyes before.
Why again? It's another combination, isn't it?
I like the studs all over, even more combined with the perfect red in the shoes.

New York New York

Marc Jacobs jeans jacket | Esprit sweater | Tripp NYC jeans
Tamaris boots

New York Fashion Week, New York all around the blogs.
I have to admit I am a little jealous to see all those NYC photos around. Not that I am that keen on attending fashion week (well, why not?) but I miss that city!
It almost been a year I was there last time. And when seeing those photos of Times Square e.g. I feel like standing in the middle of it. Nothing changed even all is different.
It doesn't help to sit at home being sick and feed you with outfits of last week.

Nevertheless I hope you like it.

Fall Colors

Zara sweater | H&M jeans
Lindgrøn leather jacket | Deichmann booties | Pieces scarf
MMJ bag | Bijou Brigitte bracelets

Even I am longing for spring I felt like wearing some warm fall colors the other day.
The jeans are more wine red than they appear in these photos.

What do you think about the combination out of red and brown?

Recycle

Zara knit | Görtz booties
Guess watch | Marc by Marc Jacobs bracelet
left: H&M jeans | right: Zara jeans

Left: What I wore for saturday lunch at my parents.
Right: What I recycled for a Monday at work.

I am one of those persons who like to wear a piece more often then once before washing - just in another combination.
So I wore those jeans from yesterday's post another day and as well the black and white stripped knit. The booties where the same in both outfits. Obviously.

What do you think?
Which one do you like better?
(Yeah, the perspective of the second photo isn't the best one....)

Do you recycle your cloth?

Two In One Outfit

1982 jeans | Marc by Marc Jacobs necklace
1. H&M shirt | Jennifer Taylor knit | SPM booties
2. Espirt tee | New Yorker cardi | Tamaris booties | Miss Sixty bag

The other day I met a friend for dinner (2) after work (1). I was too lazy to really chance outfits but did a little chance instead.

Have you ever been to 1982? I never even heard of that before but run in there by accident some weeks ago and found those green jeans. Dunno about the other stuff.
What do you think about that jeans?

Another Last In 2012

Visconti fake leather jacket
Forever 21 longsleeve | New Yorker tank underneath | Abercrombie & Fitch jeans
Steve Madden booties | Miu Miu bag | Marc by Marc Jacobs necklace

It's cold, it's freezing.
This was last saturday and I was about to jump into my car and meet up for a cup of coffee or two or three and some nice selfmade applepie with a friend.
I thought it's only a few meters from door to car to door so there wouldn't be any need for a warm jacket or a scarf or so. Luckily I took my gloves.
This jacket is not made for temperatures around zero.
Good bye for the winter.

Turtles And Ruins

Esprit tank | Pimkie shorts | Converse sneakers
Marc by Marc Jacobs sunnies | Mondani bag

My holiday photos are slowly coming to an end. What a pity.
While looking out of the window I only see a grey wall - fog, not the house straight ahead.
It's too nice to see some blue sky, even it's only in the photos.

That day we were climbing mountains again, looking for wild life turtles. And we really found some. One was so small (you can see it in the hands of my kids) that I almost stepped on it. Good luck I realized it in the last moment.
We found a lot of animal bones as well. The whole scene up there on that mountain was like in an old tv western. Dry soil, dead trees, animal bones. Scary and fascinating at the same time.

While that roundtrip up in the hills we reached Paleo Pyli, ruins of a medieval pirate's village and a castle with a wonderful view all around the Aegean. Stunning.

Matchy Matchy At Asklepieion

Pink Rose tank top | H&M for marimekko shorts | H&M sandals
Marc by Marc Jacobs sunnies | Mondani bag

The other day on Kos we walked from Kos Town up to Asklepieion.
It's only a few kilometers along the road.
In the middle of the way is a small village called Platani. You don't even realize leaving Kos Town and entering the village. What's interesting in Platani is a jewish and a muslim graveyard and the turkish bakery where we took a second breakfast.

Up at Asklepieion the sight and the view were stunning. Luckily we were on Kos at the end of the season so it wasn't crowded.

About my outfit:
It's always the same with the holiday wardrobe. Before I packed I sorted fitting outfits and then threw everything in my suitcase. This day I stood in front of all the stuff and thought I had nothing with me. On purpose I decided to combine stuff that doesn't match at all - and made it matchy.
What do you think about the different colors and patterns?

Running Up That Hill

H&M tank top | Pimkie hot pants | Converse sneakers
Marc by Marc Jacobs sunnies | Mondani bag

Before we started the day trip up Mount Dikeos I was really thinking about wearing sandals or Chucks.
In the end I was more than happy about my decision.

It really was a fun day!

Kos Town

H&M tank and sandals | Melville hot pants | Mondani bag
Marc by Marc Jacobs sunnies | Cubus belt

Here's another post from my wonderful holidays.
We spent the morning by the pool since that was what the kids wanted to do most of the time and after lunch we had to hurry to get the bus to Kos Town. It was such a hurry that I totally forgot any jewlery. Own faul - you'd better check the bus times before you plan a trip, right? That's what I did afterwards.

We visited a couple of ancient sights . There aren't that many ancient greek sights at Kos but there are some roman, medieval and some turkish - besides greek. Kos has an interesting history since it's right in front of Asia and there was a lot going back in the days.

I loved the island, the nature (more to come about that), the sights, the sun and (clear) blue sky. It really was a good two weeks.
