I assume I told about a lot of stuff going on here already. In the mirror you can see a part of my new dressing room. Work still continues. 

Besides I am without a photographer at the moment. So the "take a photo of myself in the mirror" story might continue for a while.

Ask boyfried to take photos? Great idea. Yes. But no?

Turtles And Ruins

My holiday photos are slowly coming to an end. What a pity.

While looking out of the window I only see a grey wall - fog, not the house straight ahead. 

It's too nice to see some blue sky, even it's only in the photos.

That day we were climbing mountains again, looking for wild life turtles. And we really found some. One was so small (you can see it in the hands of my kids) that I almost stepped on it. Good luck I realized it in the last moment. 

We found a lot of animal bones as well. The whole scene up there on that mountain was like in an old tv western. Dry soil, dead trees, animal bones. Scary and fascinating at the same time.

While that roundtrip up in the hills we reached Paleo Pyli, ruins of a medieval pirate's village and a castle with a wonderful view all around the Aegean. Stunning.

Before we started the day trip up Mount Dikeos I was really thinking about wearing sandals or Chucks.

In the end I was more than happy about my decision.

Mondani bag

Time to talk about the bag.

Before packing my stuff I thought a while about THE handbag to take with me. Means I wanted to take only one bag. This had to suit as hand luggage, beach bag, city trip bag, mountain climbing etc.

This purple Mondani bag fell into my hands on my very first trip to beloved Los Angeles. It's big enough for everything and since it's pretty old already I wounldn't mind damageing it somewhere or destroying it with sand.

So it became "the one".

The kids and I really like the Madagascar movies and before we took off for the holidays we went to the movies to see Madagascar 3. Awesome. I am pretty much into kids movies with parts of adult humour.

Have you seen the movie? I'd really recommend it.

In case you realized I didn't mention the bag above. Right. I didn't - on purpose.

This bag was waiting for dust in my mum's hallway for ages. I have never seen her taking it out, nevertheless she told me she did. Last time I was at my parent's place I simply decided to "borrow" it. As I know my mum I won't have to take it back any time (soon). Dunno where it's from, dunno if it has a brand or not, the sign is cut out. But who cares?

I am in like with it. Suites me much better as my mum ;)

We went to "Karl May Spiele" to see Winnetou II with the whole family the other day, including my mum and dad.

When I dressed up in the moring I destroyed the plain champagne colored tights. I am that stupid. Since the weather was difficult I decided to need some and those were the only non black ones left. 

Was was very certain about the outfit's greateness in the morning, but now, while looking at the photos and am not sure about it anymore.
